New Year, New Way to Pay: Introducing APS ClickToPay for SAP Business One

Feb 20, 2020 10:18:44 AM

APS ClickToPay Online Payment PortalWe recently released our new and improved SAP Business One payment integration to help clients save time and money.  Today, we are excited to announce the latest enhancement to our payment processing solution for SAP Business One, APS ClickToPay.  Merchants can now take advantage of one of our most successful and most requested ERP features on the SAP Business One platform.  Formerly available only to our Acumatica and Sage 100 merchants, APS ClickToPay is now available as an added benefit to our merchants using SAP Business One.

What is APS ClickToPay?

APS ClickToPay is a simple and secure way to have invoices paid by your customers with one easy click. It is designed to add to a company’s bottom line by adding convenience and ease to the invoice paying process. The enhancement software, installation, setup, maintenance, training and support is available free of charge for customers processing with APS Payments. There are no billing limits!

Introducing the latest advance for Bank-to-Bank transfers in neatly packaged web check technology: our exclusive ClickToPay Direct product can reduce chargeback replies to 72 hours for B2B transactions while allowing your customers to easily make secure transfers.

The APS ClickToPay release for SAP Business One allows merchants to put payments in the hands of their customers. Simply send AR Invoices from SAP Business One using APS ClickToPay and your customers will be able to pay on their own time, eliminating the need to call and collect payments over the phone or in person. The secure APS ClickToPay link is unique to each invoice so customers can log into their APS ClickToPay portal, pay invoices one at a time, pay multiple invoices, or see outstanding invoices that still need payment.

APS ClickToPay is perfect for your business because it can integrate with the business systems you already use. Payment solutions that are built natively within the platforms you already use allow you to move, transition, and flow information seamlessly between your shopping cart, your accounting management, and your ERP. Even better, APS ClickToPay takes advantage of this seamless integration to automate savings for your business. Level 3 processing can result in massive savings on your B2B or B2G transactions - up to 43%. Qualifying for Level 3 enables these savings but requires the merchant to submit additional data points. APS ClickToPay automatically collects and submits these data points for you - requiring no additional entry or manual entry.

Simple, Convenient, Secure.
