• Best Gateway Uptime: We are also proud to share that we have been named the runner-up for the Best Gateway Uptime, highlighting our consistent and dependable service.

REPAY Stood Out Against Global Competition

These awards were based on data from over 20 industry-leading global payment providers in 2024. TSG’s Global Experience Monitoring (GEM) platform powers these awards, benchmarking payment gateway performance by monitoring real card transactions and pings from 35 global locations across North America, South America, and Asia Pacific. Unlike synthetic tests, GEM provides a merchant-focused perspective, helping gateways understand their market position, identify areas of improvement, and address issues real-time.
